Everything you need to know about CarAPI plans and billing.
Create an account and subscribe to a plan. On your user dashboard click Purchase Full Access. You will be billed yearly through Stripe Checkout (request overage fees may apply depending on your subscription plan). You may cancel at anytime.
CarAPI has data automotive data from 1900 to today for Year, Make, Model and Submodel. For build options (trims) and specifications data goes back until 1990.
The API returns vehicle data for cars sold in the United States since 1900.
A link will appear in your dashboard. If you have an API subscription, you may also download from the API.
The datafeed is updated once per week. You will receive an email or you can use the API to poll for updates.
On the dashboard click Cancel subscription. Your account will remain active until the subscription period ends. You can also manage your subscription through our Stripe Customer Portal which will appear after you've subscribed.
